Junior Project Manager (m/f/d)
As Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) at Viessmann Technologies (Vitec), you will play an important role in ensuring the success of our projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, supported by engineers, to capture, organize and maintain project-related information and documentation. Your attention to detail, proven communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.
Your impact:
Develop and maintain project schedules, incorporating input from customer, sales or project management, resources and further constraints
Gather information from various sources and stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete project documentation, ensuring compliance and contractual obligations
Organize and maintain project files and records, ensuring adherence to documentation standards, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements, as well as easy access and current state
Collaborate with project managers and engineers in each project phase to identify and align with project requirements
Provide timely updates and reports in preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Support continuously improvement on schedule and documentation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks conducting regular schedule analysis

Who you are:
You are a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and organizational skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Additionally, you have:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction, civil or mechanical engineering, or comparable qualification
Initial experience in project management, scheduling and project documentation
Good communication skills, written and verbal, in both German and English
Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) or other project management tools, as well as in using Microsoft Office suite or Google environment
Familiarity with engineering and construction terminology and processes
Delight to work in a multicultural, lively and agile team
