Site Construction Manager (m/f/d)

As Site Construction Manager (m/f/d) at Viessmann Technologies GmbH you will be responsible for the supervision of our cleanroom/dry room projects, daily operation, subcontractor planning, coordination and supervision at the respective project locations and act as site construction manager on site. This activity involves a corresponding amount of travel and on site work. Flexibility in scheduling and strong resource planning capabilities are essential.

Your impact:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the construction of the clean room project.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Monitor progress, resolve any construction-related issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and safety.

• Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material deliveries.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle.

• You are responsible for measurement management and navigation in 3D models

• Together with the our project management team, you will be responsible for supplementary management

Location: Hof-Saale / On-Site at the construction

Your weekly working hours: Full-Time 40 hours

Who you are:

Your environment describes you as flexible, independent and a person with very good organizational skills. You already gained initial management experience through previous activities in construction or project management. You also have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Ideally completed training in a trade or technical profession, such as drywall fitter (m/f/d), facade fitter (m/f/d) or a bachelor's degree in civil engineering (m/f/d)

• Proven experience as a Site Construction Manager, preferably in clean room construction, interior fit-out or facade construction is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.

• You have an understanding of construction contracts with typical terms and conditions

• Basic knowledge of CAD, AutoCad viewer and Navisworks is an advantage

• Driving license (class B) is mandatory, forklift or lifting platform license is an advantage

• Fluency in German and English.

• Willingness to work on site at the construction site
