Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)
As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) at Viessmann Technologies (Vitec), you will be part of the management and lead a team of highly skilled professionals in the clean room industry. You will be a contact person for our world-class customers' planning, implementation, and comprehensive support. You will be responsible for managing international cleanroom projects from the start to the commissioning in the different areas of expertise at Vitec such as hospitals, life sciences, pharma, high-tech industries, and indoor farming. You will report to the Head of Project Management Operations.
Your impact:
You will coordinate the realization of international projects in the controlled room industry of our qualified professionals with extended technical and operational capabilities. Furthermore, you are customer focused and strive to ensure that the project provides the highest possible level of satisfaction.
- Managing technical and commercial projects, including responsibility for material procurement, installation planning, cost, scheduling, and quality control, as well as documentation
- Steering technical and commercial coordination with business management and sales department
- Mentorship and management of colleagues, assembly teams and subcontractors
- Preparing acceptance and revision documents, project post-calculation, invoicing, and project status reports
- Contribute to the preparation and calculation of offers based on plans or external bills of quantities
- Supporting customers from initial contact to successful handover/opening of the project
- Using traditional and agile methods and apply them confidently and profitably

Who you are:
Your qualities as a motivating leader and strength distinguish you from the rest. In addition, you are used to communicating with different decision-makers and bringing customer- and team-oriented thinking and acting. You are comfortable reporting to the Managing Director and other Group executive level.
A degree in engineering (HVAC, mechanical engineering, civil engineering) or architecture or an apprenticeship in construction
More than 6 years of professional experience in a similar position, leadership experience
Professional experience in clean room services, engineering services, and/or general construction is required
Business proficient in German and English, both spoken and written
Experience with ERP systems, design tools (CAD), and G-Suite
Working location preference is the area of Hof, Germany
Willingness to travel internationally, occasionally
