We are growing and that’s why we’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager (m/f/d) who can not only help Vitec expand its customer base and revenue but also be a part of a truly unique and innovative company that is growing in the area of cleanrooms and indoor farming.

Your impact:

• Steer the end-to-end sales process from customer acquisition, and contract negotiation to project realization and subsequent customer care
  
• Analyze customers' needs by always focusing on customer wishes and requirements while ensuring holistic solutions
  
• Act as a trusted expert for our internal and external partners
  
• Work closely with our project management and commercial sales teams to fulfill customer needs
  
• Report regularly on crucial aspects of the business, following routine and ad-hoc reporting requirements
  
• Follow and ensure implementation and adherence to health & safety procedures, company policies, compliance guidelines, and local laws and regulations in the own area
  

Location: Hof-Saale / Remote or Hybrid

Your weekly working hours: Full-Time 40 hours or Part-Time

You are known for your independent and ambitious working style and have a pronounced customer and service orientation. New technologies and sales opportunities empower you in your work paired with a high sense of responsibility. You also bring the following with you:

• Degree in an engineering field or business management

• Proven track record of successful customer relationship management

• Willingness to travel internationally

• Proficiency in German and English are required; other foreign languages are an advantage
